It's my pets' first boarding experience, what do I need to bring?
Please call for your interview appointment time and bring current vaccination records. When you arrive we will have you fill out an application form and discuss any special needs you're your pet may have. You might also want to bring one of your pet's favorite toys, snack, blanket, etc.

Do you accept all breeds?
Yes, all dogs are welcome. Owners need to certify that their pet(s) have not harmed or shown aggression toward any person or other pet. If a pet shows aggression he/she may not be admitted to Holiday Tyme Pet Hotel.
Multiple Breeds and Cats
Must my dog or cat be spayed or neutered?
We accept pets that are not spayed or neutered. Non-altered dogs are generally more aggressive and females in heat can cause tension and fights between male dogs. At check in please let us know if your pet is in season and we will make special arrangements to keep your pet safe and happy during it's stay.

Do you offer your services to older pets?
Yes! All ages are welcome. Older or handicapped pets will be placed in a quiet location where they can rest and nap all day. However, if your pet is very old and has health issues, we strongly recommend that you board your pet with their vet.

What if my pet becomes ill during daycare?
We will try in all cases to use your veterinarian if your pet is feeling under the weather. If your veterinarian is not within close proximity of our daycare center we will use our veterinarian. You will receive a call in all instances of illness.

How secure is your kennel?
Our fencing is high enough to prevent jumping and low enough to the ground to deter diggers. We also provide a double-gated entrance for easy access to indoor and outside kennel spaces.
Security Dog
Can you accommodate special needs pets?
Yes. If you adopted your dog from a pound or rescue group they may need extra gentle care. Or your pet may require medications. It's important to share all this information with us when you check in so that we can give your four-legged family member all the love they deserve.

What if I need to drop off or pick up my pet during off hours?
After hours service is available by appointment only. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to arrange an after hour drop off or pickup.
